Howdy folks how have you all been? Well I’ve not really been blogging lately as we’ve just moved a couple of weeks ago meaning no Internet. Bloody heck it’s been ages since I’ve updated well anything. I’ve been busy updating my Etsy shop making new things and trying to actually make money from it…..
Yesterday I met up with the peeps from S1 Magazine and did a small interview with them in Nando’s. YES!!! They came all the way from Sheffield to see me which I have to say thanks guys! I’ll update you with more of that later on.
Meanwhile I took part in the lovely illustration swap organised by the super talented Natasha Thompson and my pretty pink package was ace! (See the pictures above.) Mail Me Art
Hello everyone! Having a good weekend? I am, well sort of. Anyways I’m part of the Mail Me Art Project, the envelop above is what I submitted. And although I never managed to go to the opening night from the photos it looked really good. I can’t wait until the book comes out I’m so excited!
Haus Stories
I’ve been a bit busy lately so not had much time to blog. This is an illustration for Haus Stories a project set up by the lovely Sandra Deickmann. I really enjoyed this as a lot of the elements are from my own photos and collections of ceramic animals. And it’s more of a personal insight too, I love kitsch objects, bright coloured shoes and tiny dogs of course. I wanted it to be surreal/ dreamy as I do actually day dream alot haha
